Court Marriages - What do you Need?
Let's hope the year 2020 would be the year when you finally walk down the aisle...tie the knot...take your vows...and literally sign on the dotted line...
By the way, even though registered marriages are popularly called 'court marriages' ... but don't take it too literally. You are not going to any court ... or being produced in front of a judge. [Bollywood has created a lot of misconceptions about law and this one's no different.]
So, what do you need?
ANSWER - A Lawyer! Trust me, it's the easiest thing to do. So, you can simply worry about the more important problems. What will you wear?
Documents Needed:
1) Application Form
2) Passport Size photographs - 4 Nos.
3) Age Proof
4) Residence Proof
And you will also need - 3 WITNESSES!!!
